Two ways to pay

Monthly is charged today and cancels any time. Annual commit takes 10% off. Your first 30 days are free and we charge nothing today. When the free days end we bill the remaining 11 months. Cancel inside the first 30 days and you pay nothing.

What tokens buy

Every package comes with a monthly token allowance the whole team shares. A survey that finds nothing new costs nothing. Five hundred tokens is about a hundred scored surveys, or thirty-five leads researched end to end with verified contacts and talking points. Packs you buy on top never expire.

One discount, never two

When a second product launches, running both takes a percentage off. Discounts never stack. You get the best single rate you qualify for, and we apply it for you.

Cancel from your account in one click. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for. You leave with your data archive.

Pricing questions

How is Scout priced?

By the package, per month. Four packages from $49 to $500. Each includes a monthly token allowance, a set number of team members, and a number of overnight searches a night. Nothing is charged per seat. The checkout total matches this page.

What are tokens?

Tokens meter the work Scout does for you. A scored map survey costs a few tokens, deep company research costs the most, and a contact reveal or a set of talking points costs one or two. The exact menu is on the token page inside Scout. The whole team shares the monthly allowance. A survey that finds nothing new costs nothing.

What happens when we run out?

Scout pauses the action and says so. Buy a pack from your account, switch on auto top-up, or wait for the monthly reset. Nothing you saved is lost.

Do unused tokens roll over?

The monthly allowance resets each month. Tokens you buy as packs never expire.

Can I change packages later?

Yes, from your account. Moving up takes effect right away. Moving down to a package with fewer team members needs you to unassign people first.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account page and your subscription runs to the end of the period you already paid for. No calls, no cancellation fees.

Is there a discount for multiple products?

Not yet. Scout is the only product on sale today. When a second product launches, running both takes a percentage off, applied for you. Nothing stacks.
