Timeline learns how your shop handles its paperwork.
Two shops can receive the same packing slip and file it in different places. Timeline closes that gap the way a new hire would. It pays attention to where your team puts things, and lets that shape what the Inbox suggests next.

Nobody sits down to train Timeline. Every document your team approves onto a timeline is a quiet vote: this supplier's paperwork belongs there, this kind of paper starts that kind of job. Even a correction counts. When a reviewer changes what Timeline guessed, it takes the note. The learning rides on work you were doing anyway.

What Timeline learns comes back as better suggestions in the Inbox. A supplier's paperwork arrives already pointed at the timeline you usually file it on. A document that carries the same order number as one you just filed is offered as a match. Paper you have shown it once is recognised the next time it turns up. An Inbox that asked a question of every document starts asking only when it should. Same paperwork, same Inbox, tuned to your shop.

It only suggests.
Every suggestion waits for a person. Nothing is filed, created, or switched on by itself.
Your timelines are never touched.
Learning changes what the Inbox proposes for new paperwork. It never reaches back and reorganises what you have already filed.
Not now means not now.
Set a suggestion aside and Timeline keeps it where you can find it later. Stop filing something a certain way and the habit fades on its own. No stale rules pile up.

Your learning is yours alone.
Everything Timeline learns about your shop lives in your workspace. It never crosses into another customer's, and it never trains any model, ours or anyone else's.
